As of April 1, 2008, our new company, Concept2 CTS (Commercial & Team Sales), has been operating alongside Concept2. Concept2 CTS will enable us to better serve our commercial, team and institutional customers while allowing us to continue our focused support of our individual customers. What will it mean to you? As an individual customer, you will not see any changes. You can expect the same care and attention that we have always provided and our contact information will remain the same. As a club, school, fitness center, or group customer, you will now be serviced through Concept2 CTS by your same representatives here in Vermont. A dedicated website, concept2cts.com, offers support and information targeted to institutional organizations. You may also notice a growing presence of Concept2 CTS "on the road" as we increase travel for support, testing, educational and sales purposes.
