We all need a little help getting motivated now and then. The links on the left will lead you to fun Concept2 programs that should make it easier for you to beat the "blahs" and stick to your exercise plan. These awards are based on distance not speed, so it doesn't matter how fast you row! The goal of these programs is to make it fun and rewarding to row regularly and for as long as you can each session.
